Actor Arshad Warsi, who is best known for his role as Circuit in the Munna Bhai series, has claimed that his Twitter account has been hacked.
On Tuesday morning, the 50-year-old actor tweeted that strange messages had been sent from his account without his knowledge.
“It seems like my Twitter account is hacked, some strange messages are being sent from my account without my knowledge,” he wrote.
“Changed my password, expecting things to go back to normal,” he added.
Of recent, several celebrities have been subjected to cyber-crime and last, we heard of Anupam Kher’s Twitter account being hacked.
As soon as Anupam Kher was informed by friends about the hack, the actor flagged the hack to Twitter and as per reports, the hackers were believed to be a pro-Pakistani group from Turkey.
Similarly, Abhishek Bachchan Twitter account was also hacked by Turkish cyber army Ayyildiz Tim. due to which the verification tick on Abhishek’s Twitter account vanished and his cover photograph featured a missile that read “Ayyildiz Tim” in chalk.
Abhishek confirmed the hack and wrote, “Yes, yes my account got hacked. Quite chuffed that they thought me interesting enough actually. All sorted out now and back to normal. Well…. As normal as it can get. Thank you for your concern.”
Meanwhile the work front, Arshad Warsi will next be seen in Total Dhamaal helmed by Indra Kumar, which is the sequel to the 2011 film Double Dhamaal and the third instalment of the Dhamaal film series.
The film also features Riteish Deshmukh, Jaaved Jaffrey, Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and Esha Gupta.
