Miley Cyrus of Hannah Montana fame may have just confirmed her role on Emmy-winning series Black Mirror, reports EOnline.com.
Cyrus, while promoting her new music on SNL, stopped by The Howard Stern Show and sort of confirmed her involvement in the series.
“I’m really actually excited for everyone to watch the ‘head shaking project’ we said yes to.
The minute I say I never want to do something again, all of a sudden, there I am. (sic)”
“I hate everything, but it was the first time I’ve left somewhere feeling really proud of my work… but you know if I like it that might mean it’s horrible,” she said. The role is one ‘with a lot of dynamics’ Cyrus concluded.
The Black Mirror series is an anthology and documents the lives of a group of people and how technology manipulates them.
Currently, there has been no news regarding the airing date of the show’s fifth season.
Black Mirror has settled into six episodes per season format now, though still likes to mix things up in terms of episode length, usually throwing in a feature-length instalment each season.
Final confirmations regarding the forthcoming series are expected soon.
