Nach Baliye 9 will not only feature new couples but could also reunite old flames.
A source stated tells an Indian tabloid:
“With getting ex-lovers together, the idea was to add some spice to the show. The audience will enjoy their chemistry.”
When the tabloid asked Salman about it, he says:
“Nach Baliye this year is going to be all about entertainment with our new concept of getting not just couples but ex-couples under one roof.”
The series will be hosted by Jennifer Winget and Sunil Grover this season and the reunion of ex-couples could add an amazing twist to the format of the show.
New media reports suggest that the former couple of Urvashi Dholakia and Anuj Sachdeva could be on the show.
In conversation with a leading daily, Urvashi explains:
“The show’s creative team is still in talks to figure out who would be the best match for me.
It will be interesting. As far as chemistry goes, we will just have to wait and see how everything else works out.”
She is an admirer of dance and is quite keen on learning more. Speaking more about this Dholakia describes:
“For me, it’s like acting. I’ve always wanted to be on TV and not watch it from the outside, the same goes for dance! I recently shot a promo in a grand setup.”
It is believed that Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary will be participating on the show… With Hina Khan, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes’ names also being speculated.
As for the judges, it is believed that Salman will be on the panel… Potentially alongside Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar… Though confirmations are yet awaited.
The show marks Salman’s second venture as a co-producer on Indian television, post The Kapil Sharma Show.
