Singer Nakash Aziz best known for his chartbuster tracks like ‘Saree Ke Fall Sa’, ‘Slow Motion’ and ‘Jabra Fan’ has taken a break from his work commitments to attend the World cup finals in London.
For the uninitiated, Nakash is a huge cricket fan and despite India’s unexpected exit from the tournament, he will be attending Sunday’s final at Lords.
It was a much-needed break adds a source:
“Nakash has been working tirelessly for the past year and a half without any breaks, so this was a welcome and much needed holiday for him.
The fact that he will be attending the World cup finals is the cherry on the top.
Commenting on the same Nakash adds:
”I had planned this trip last year and even booked the tickets in August 2018 as I’m a die-hard cricket fan.
Unfortunately, India isn’t part of the finals but nevertheless it’s going to be great fun and I’m looking forward to a nail-biting match,” he smiles.
Aziz is originally from Moodabidri, a small suburban town on the outskirts of Mangalore.
He belongs to a family of singers and worked as a composer for jingles and devotional albums before becoming a playback singer.
