Saif Ali Khan’s Glimpse In Vikram VedhaÂ
A glimpse of Saif Ali Khan’s look in Vikram Vedha has been launched. Co-star Hrithik Roshan writes on social media: “One of the finest actors”. He further expresses his excitement to begin filming. He said: “Working with one of the finest actors and a colleague I have admired for years is going to be an experience I’m going to cherish. Can’t wait!” This is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film of the same name. It was directed by duo Pushkar and Gayathri and return to helm this one. The Bollywood revamp is backed by Reliance Entertainment with a screenplay by A Wednesday‘s Neeraj Pandey. Set to release in September this year. Radhika Apte and Rohit Saraf also star.
Voot Select’s Apharan 2 On Teaser Launched Â
Apharan 2: Sabka Katega Dobara, on Voot Select, teaser premieres. It resumes from season one’s cliff-hanger as the bold and instinctive cop, Rudra (Arunoday Singh). He fights against all odds whilst exploring the psyche of criminal minds and discovering the truth. The narrative of kidnapping is set against the backdrop of India and Serbia. With this season’s story by Siddharth Sengupta, Umesh Padalkar & Anahata Menon, Santosh Singh steps in as director. Nidhi Singh, Snehil Dixit Mehra, Saanand Verma and Bollywood legend Jeetendra feature in pivotal roles. Ekta Kapoor and Jio Studios back the project which has an 11 episode run. A streaming date is yet to be announced.
Awkwafina Starrer The Bad Guys New TrailerÂ
The trailer of The Bad Guys by director Pierre Perifel is now out. It is the new action-comedy from DreamWorks Animation. Based on the New York Times best-selling book series. The picture revolves around a crackerjack criminal crew of animal outlaws who are about to attempt their most challenging con yet—becoming model citizens. Jojo Rabbit‘s Sam Rockwell, Shang-Chi‘s Awkwafina, Anthony Ramos (In The Heights) and Richard Ayoade (Soul) star. Distributed by Universal Pictures, the film gears for a 1st April release.
