News Roundup: Adipurush Release, Fantastic Beasts Trailer 2 & The Batman In Paris

Adipurush New Release Date

The Om Raut magnum-opus Adipurush, backed by T-Series and Retrophiles,  has a new release date. The picture which was due to be released in cinemas on August 11 2022 will now hit the screens on January 12, 2023, and marks the first major release of the year. It shows Baahubali‘s Prabhas as Lord Ram and Sacred Games’ Saif Ali Khan as Raavan. Mimi‘s Kriti Sanon as Sita and Pyaar Ka Punchnama‘s Sunny Singh as Laxman. Adipurush releases in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages with the 3D format.

Fantastic Beasts Sequel: New Trailer Out

Warner Bros. Pictures’ Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore reveals a new trailer. Professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mads Mikkelsen) is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. Steve Kloves and J.K. Rowling have worked on the screenplay. David Yates directs and the picture releases on 8th April.

The Batman Premieres In Paris

Nearly days from its release, Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz are all geared up for the highly-anticipated DC film, The Batman. Actors like Michael Keaton, Christian Bale and Ben Affleck passed down the torch to Robert Pattinson and he seems to be ready for it. The cast was in Paris for its international premiere earlier this week in which footballer Neymar Jr was also in attendance.  Neymar posted pictures of him with the actors. They showcased a personalised jacket with his NJR logo and the Cape Crusader’s one. The picture follows the reclusive Bruce Wayne (Pattinson) on a mission to take down The Riddler (Paul Dano) a serial killer who targets elite Gotham City citizens and is thrown into a world of corruption where is forced to make new alliances. The Batman is out in UK cinemas from 4th March 2022.
