Love Again, a new rom-com starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Sam Heughan and Celine Dion will now release on May 12, 2023. It formerly eyed a February 2023 release.
Directed by Jim Strouse, Chopra Jonas is featured as Mira Ray. She is a woman mourning the loss of her fiance. She sends a series of romantic texts to his old cell phone number…not realizing the number was reassigned to Rob Burns’ new work phone.
A journalist, Rob (Hueghan) is captivated by the honesty in the beautifully confessional texts. When he’s assigned to write a profile of megastar Celine Dion (playing herself in her first film role), he enlists her help in figuring out how to meet Mira in person…and win her heart.
The movie has gone through several title changes from Text For You and It’s All Coming Back To Me. Dion also reportedly has several songs in the picture. Sony Pictures are distributing.
Priyanka will also be seen in Secret Daughter and Citadel, both backed by Amazon. Release dates for the two projects are yet to be confirmed.
