Salman Khan has announced his next movie Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali which is scheduled to release on Eid 2021.
The superstar resorted to Twitter to declare his forthcoming project which will be helmed by Housefull 4‘s Farhad Samji and bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
Khan’s announcement on Twitter says:
“Announcing my next film… KABHI EID KABHI DIWALI …. STORY & PRODUCED BY SAJID NADIADWALA … DIRECTED by FARHAD SAMJI… EID 2021 … #SajidNadiadwala @NGEMovies @farhad_samji @WardaNadiadwala @SKFilmsOfficial”
The female lead is yet to be confirmed. Salman Khan’s last release Dabangg 3 release in anticipation of Christmas and saw Sudeep, a celebrated actor from South Indian cinema battle it out with Salman.
The movie also marked the debut of Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter, Saiee.
Meanwhile, Salman’s next, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, is slated for a release this Eid. The movie has been directed by Prabhudheva and will witness Randeep Hooda, Disha Patani in pivotal roles.
In addition to Randeep, Bigg Boss 8 winner Gautam Gulati will also be essaying antagonist in Radhe.
Sharing a few words on this ‘sequel’, Salman clarifies:

“We used (my character’s name) Radhe in Tere Naam. We then used it again in Wanted. Radhe has nothing to do with Wanted.
It’s a completely different film. In terms of format, it’s the baap (father) of Wanted.”
